Feedback and complaints: Counselling after medical treatment
All your enquiries and complaints are very important to us and will be treated with utmost care and respect. We will take any negative experiences you might have had with the healthcare system very seriously.
For example, have you felt patronised, disrespected or treated insensitively by health professionals or psychologists? Have you felt that your symptoms have worsened after a treatment? Are you experiencing persistent problems after reconstructive surgery?
We encourage you to get in touch with us. We will handle your complaint in strict confidence and give you an opportunity to consult an independent gynaecologist or psychologist. Your feedback helps us to improve our services and, as a result, to offer the best possible support for women. Feel free to share your positive experiences with us, since they demonstrate how healthcare services may be improved.
